To qualify you must pass a water skill check, meet medical requirements and fill out a liability release
After completing the course will be allowed one tank dive (of approx. 30ft) per day.

If you are a certified diver and the divemaster feels you need to take a refresher course, you have two options:

Take the 3 hour resort course (US$ 70.00 charge effective January 1, 2005)
Take the 1.5 hour certified diver refresher course (US$ 50.00)

Whether you are a certified diver or not, you must meet medical requirements before diving.
The Blue Chip Hurricane Guarantee

In the unlikely event that hurricane force winds (as defined by the U.S. National Weather Service) directly hit the Sandals or Beaches Resort while you are a guest, interrupting the use of all the included activities, Sandals or Beaches will offer a FREE hotel stay replacement vacation to be taken at any Sandals or Beaches resort of your choice. This replacement stay will be for the same duration as the one originally booked regardless of how many days were affected by the hurricane. The replacement stay will be in an equivalent room category to the one originally booked and will be subject to blackout dates. This offer must be applied within one year from the date the hurricane directly hit the resort.
