PORK TENDERLOIN: With a pineapple salsa
RED SNAPPER PAPILLOT: Our most popular dish, cooked in a bag in a lobster and cheese wine sauce
VEGETABLE PASTA: Fresh steamed vegetables served with Fettucini in seasoned tomato sauce.
FRIED SNAPPER: Filet of red snapper dipped in beaten egg, rolled in bread crumbs and deep fried. Served with a tartar sauce.
JAMAICA SPECIAL: Curried boneless chicken, served with fried breadfruit, fried plantain, seasoned rice, vegetable and mango chutney.
STEAMED YELLOW TAIL: Freshly caught yellowtail steamed with fresh butter, tomatoes, scallions and local herbs.
CURRIED GOAT: In the Jamaican style
PAN SEARED PLANTAIN: Crusted snapper served with
lime butter
CHICKEN KEBAB: Pieces of chicken barbequed on a wooden skewer with onions, sweet peppers and plantain, served with lime butter.
GRILLED FISH: Served with either a Beure Blanc
or Creole sauce.
